Ans 1: It will be easier to communicate with your subordinate for long distance through 2way radio or radio mobile. It all depends of how far you are. And there is always an option of VOIP.
Ans 2: If you chose VOIP then there are many products (software) available on the internet which provides you free VOIP services.
Ans 3: I don’t have that much knowledge about wireless communication. But I found a web site, where they say that they provide a service called DingoTel – 2way. And it is for wireless communication using VOIP. And to me their features are pretty impressive. Your can visit that site and check it out. The address is www.dingotel.com .

A1 There are several VoIP products that you can use depending on what and how you want to do it. Are you talking Wi-Fi or Cell phone when you say wireless?
VoIP has $49.95 USB phones that you connect to your PC and can call your subordinates long distance PC to PC on a dial-up connection free or call PC to phone for 0.029 per minute. You can take the VoIP phone with you and call and receive calls from any computer in the world. Or you can get a IP adapter that does the same but you can use any regular phone with it. If you want to upgrade to a $249.95 Wi-Fi phone on the same system that you can call and receive calls from any hot-spot to your VoIP system. So you will be able to get a PPG Personal Phone Gateway that you connect to your office PC and you can call it either from your VoIP or Wi-Fi or any regular phone and it will route your call either to local numbers or back through your PC to make Voip call from any regular or cell phone. You don't even have to pay a monthly fee for the services just pre-pay for Voip PC to phone calls. Most of this info is on http://voipalaska.com

Richardo I don't quite understand your question about the OnNet service and wireless connection at a time.
The OnNet service is VoIP PC to PC no frills, no monthly charge pre-paid long distance service at this time. You can use a wireless phone connected to your Internet service with it but not a WiFi phone at this time. You can not make a conference calls on it at this time. The Viper vPhones, IP adapter, broadband adapter and WiFi vPhone you can do just about any c type pre-paid VoIP Internet wireless calling with or without a PC. They do not have conference calling at this time. When they have all the frills some people want then there will be a monthly service charge for the extra services you may want.

tina71 If you have poor bandwidth why do you need or want wireless? Why don't you use PC to PC? What is your bandwidth?

It seems a lot of people are getting the message on VOIP, I am working with a company that is paying us for getting voip to the market, good luck getting any of the companies listed here to pay us if our mom signs up. If anyone is interested in starting a part time business getting paid residual income on the bills we are already paying shoot me an email or call me and I will tell you how we can get a piece of this soon to be Multi-billion dollar industry. Make sure you check the numbers, this is going to be a multi-billion dollar technology. We are right at the beginning, think computers, cellphones, internet all began with very little and are now in every home. Just look up some quotes from FCC chairman Mike Powell.
